§ 14-261. Violations and penalties.

  • (a)

    Any person who solicits within the city without a license as described in division 2 of this article shall be subject to a criminal fine of not less than $25.00, nor more than $100.00, for each and every day such person solicits without a license, and shall in all other respects be subject to the provisions of section 1-8.

    (b)

    Any person who files an application for a license containing false or fraudulent statements shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50.00, nor more than $200.00, and shall in all other respects be subject to the provisions of section 1-8.

    (c)

    Any person who violates any of the other provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100.00, nor more than $200.00, and shall in all other respects be subject to the provisions of section 1-8.
